    I am writing to file a formal complaint against Jessica Baranek 520-258-0791 of GEICO who was my claims examiner and a commendation for Mariusz Ostrogorsk 520-730-1872 who was my damage adjuster. I was very dissatisfied by Jessica service. She was rude, pushy and inconsiderate. I asked her several time to communicate by phone only for urgent matters else use e mail yet she repeatedly disturbed me at work by calling on my cell for nonurgent matters.   • Wrongfully took money and lied



    We cancelled Geico because Progressive offered us a better deal. Geico acknowledged that they owed us a refund. Then several days later they took over $90 an account we have specifically for bills. We only keep enough in this account to cover our bills in order to protect ourselves from fraud. This caused us overdraft fees. We called to complain and Geico said that they would refund us. We asked how long they said a week or more because it's up to our financial institution.   • Failure to take full responsibility



    Geico driver ran stop sign daughter hit rear of his car, police report and 2 witnesses show driver was at fault. At first Geico took 100% liability until I told them my daughter had to go to emergency room then they pushed claim to difference adjust, Diana Beusing (RUDE) who said they would only take 75% responsibility because my daughter could have avoided accident she must have been distracted.     I have only had insurance through this company for about a month, I called to inquire about getting my little sister on my insurance.
